How the Process Works:
After you complete our Secure Order Form we will immediately begin setting up your account. Once we receive your order, we will begin processing it. Within minutes, you will get an order confirmation from your Cognigen/SurfBest agent. Soon after that (depending on the number of orders being processed) you will receive a Welcome Email directly from SurfBest confirming that your account is setup. Then, you will be ready to install and configure your dial-up connection using Windows 95/98/2000. Your account will be billed as soon as your account is set up. The first credit card charge is $.42 per day for the remainder of the signup month AND $12.50 for the next full month. The next charge will be anywhere from 31-60 days later, depending when the member signed up. We make monthly charges on our about the 26th of the month for the next calender month. If you do not already have internet service, just select 'US Mail' on our order form and we will rush you SurfBest Setup Software. Even though there is no dialer for MAC users, they can use SurfBest, too!
